Sofiyska Voda's internee, Kostadin Kostadinov, showed high performance and following his internship became part of the company's team as a Call Centre specialist.
Sofiyska Voda was awarded for its participation in a project for integration of young Roma people in the private sector.
The programme was initiated by Open Society Institute and aimed to give a chance for young and capable Roma people to participate in a three-months' internship programme in a large Bulgarian company.
