Veolia Water regularly organizes opportunities for executives to meet in order to facilitate the sharing of experiences and the creation of internal networks.

In 2006, the workshops of Veolia Environnement's Induction Days thus enabled 193 executives from 10 countries to meet to work as a team on the corporate culture of Veolia Water, to talk with company managers and to assimilate the values of the Group.

Furthermore the international "Journées Métiers" allow technical, operational and business managers to learn about the latest innovations in technology and in the industry as well as to share their experiences and their expertise.

Finally, Veolia Water has organized a twinning program between different companies so that they can benefit from complementary skills. This has resulted in the short-term exchange of staff and the creation of productive professional links.
