Those of Veolia Water's employees in direct contact with consumers have a major role to play in establishing sustainable relationships with the customers who use its water services. This is the reason why the company attaches particular importance to training staff - from those who deal with customers in the call centers or the water board offices or the engineers responsible for maintenance and repairs.

Local Training and Work Exchanges

Local training programs in customer service and reception are run on a regular basis. As such, no matter where they are in the world, they are able to take into account issues specific to that area as well as the local culture.

Work exchanges and twinning programs between different geographical regions complement the training program.
