Meeting Customers

In addition to the information sent out in the mail or posted on websites, Veolia Water promotes direct dialogue with customers. With this in mind, the company and its international subsidiaries regularly organize "open door" days. Veolia Water shows that it is committed to transparency by inviting members of the public to come and see for themselves the work that is undertaken to ensure a quality water service.

These meetings with the public are also an opportunity for the men and women of Veolia Water to get a better understanding of what customers want.

A Wide Range of Initiatives

Open Doors in the Czech Republic

Every year, in the Czech Republic, Veolia Water organizes open door initiatives for World Water Day and Day of the Child. Visitors have access to wastewater treatment plants and water treatment plants. Guided visits to the Museum of Water in Prague are also organized.

Visits to Water Treatment Plants in China

In Changzhou, China, visits to production and treatment facilities are also organized for schoolchildren from the surrounding area. There is a similar initiative in Shenzhen, where Veolia Water is launching "open door programs" involving six water and four wastewater treatment plants.
