Apa Nova Ploiesti, one of Veolia Water's subsidiaries in Romania, has just received an award for the quality of its services to consumers. The company's call centre won the European final of the "Contact Center World Awards" in London for the Best Customer Service category.
"Best Customer Service" award for Apa Nova Ploiesti in Romania
On the 31st of August, Apa Nova Ploiesti, one of Veolia Water's subsidiaries in Romania, received an award for the quality of its services to consumers. The company's call centre won the European final of the "Contact Center World Awards" in London for the Best Customer Service category.
The competition is organized by ContactCenterWorld.com, an organization created in 1999 and comprising contact centre professionals from all over the world. Based in Canada and the United Kingdom, the organization currently has more than 80,000 members.
The two preliminary rounds of the competition featured large international corporations. Apa Nova Ploiesti's call centre was selected to go forward to the final, which was held in London on the 30th and the 31st of August.
The victory of Apa Nova Ploiesti's call centre was attributable to its public service mission, customer base strategy, performance indicators and the strong commitment of its employees to customer relations.
Apa Nova Ploiesti won the European final of the "Contact Center World Awards" and will now participate in the world final in Las Vegas on the 7th and the 8th of November, where it will represent the Europe, Middle East and Africa zone for the Best Customer Service category. It will be competing against world leaders in their industry and in their respective countries or geographical zones.
Apa Nova Ploiesti operates water and wastewater services for 250,000 people. Its call center, an integral part of Veolia Water's customer service strategy, fulfills its mission as the focal point for contact between Apa Nova Ploiesti and its consumers.
