The indicators measuring Veolia Water's social performance are based on social reporting data compiled by all Veolia Environnement divisions since 2001.
Monitoring social data
The indicators collected provide a tool to monitor and steer the human resources management policy adapted to the reality of each entity. Among these indicators, 10 "progress indicators" were identified and constitute Veolia's objectives to improve the quality of human resources management.
At the same time, good social practices are assessed each year.
