Monitoring customer relations

In order to meet the consumers' expectations by providing healthy and top quality water, Veolia Water commits to shared values: Availability, Information, Solidarity.

 

These values are divided into ten service commitments covering Veolia Water's entire client relationship process: access to the service, information on client invoices or on water quality, consumption control, etc.

Each of these commitments is accompanied by indicators subject to annual reporting. In addition, the speed of interventions are guaranteed by financial compensation in case of noncompliance.

Currently implemented on pilot sites, these indicators will be extended to all contracts.
