Alerting system for clients concerning the quality of water

As soon as the Customer Call Centre receives calls from clients related to the degradation of the quality of the water in the same area, the procedure «Special Situation» is activated. The moment the Call Centre has been alerted, the Control Centre co-ordinates all staff to deliver the best solution.
