If calls are received from the same area mentioning a crack or a significant leakage, the Call Centre activates the procedure called «Special Situation» for which operational responsibility is assured by the Control Centre.

Transmission on the big screen in the Call Centre the affected area and closing and opening times of the valves.
Calling of important clients by the Call Centre.
As soon as the normal situation is restored, calling of customers takes place to check services are back to normal.
