A social approach putting local talent at the forefront

Veolia Water has developed a social human resources policy anchored to the local culture putting men and women at the heart of the improvement of the service. This social approach develops local talents with:

  • a specific program concerning the transfer of the staff from the public sector to the private, and guaranteeing employment security to people, during management change;
  • an incentive training program, with diversified tools such as: specialized training centre, onsite training, multimedia educational tools...;
  • new health and safety methods introductory training to improve working conditions.
