The need to concentrate solely on the task ahead

Success depends on everyone concentrating solely on the task ahead of them.

On their arrival the volunteers are more than aware of all the different help they could provide.

However they know that in order to be as effective as possible they must not try and spread themselves too thinly and just concentrate on the task ahead.
